Norman Graeve Ph.C MRCSA, Director

Norman GraeveEducated at Wesley College in Victoria, graduating as a Pharmaceutical Chemist, Norman owned his own retail pharmacy for 7 years. Following the sale of the pharmacy he started his own company supplying pharmacy and general retail, importing and manufacturing. Norman has been involved in both private and public companies, principally in the retail sector, where he has advised on sales training, product promotion and administration. He has established sales teams, devised training and promotional programs, and is currently acting as a senior consultant to several government and semi-government bodies.

Norman is a member of the NSW Council of the RCSA

Michele Graeve, Director & Administration Manager

Michele GraeveMichele has over 25 years business experience and was a Director of a national importer and wholesaler selling to the retail pharmacy and department store sector. She then started her own employment agency specialising in the domestic/childcare area. Michele is in charge of the administration & accounting systems for Repforce.

Cameron MacDonald, Consultant

Cameron MacDonaldCameron has a diverse and varied background. He has extensive experience in the Airline industry and 8 years experience running a successful Landscaping and Handyman business. He has a passion for restoration of classic vehicles and motorcycles passed on from his Engineer father. Cameron has substantial “hands on” skills developed through many house renovation projects, vehicle restoration projects and his time in recruitment consulting to a range of industries consisting of building, home improvement, electrical, plumbing, engineering, industrial, freight and logistics.

Chris Bragg BA, Consultant

Chris BraggChris worked in advertising for one of the largest global firms for 4.5 years then returned to complete his Bachelor of Arts at Sydney University and started working in the wine trade part time. This saw him progress to managing fine wine retail outlets in Australia and the UK (the leading independent in Australia and also London). He has also worked in the wholesale side of the wine business selling. Chris is a people person who enjoys sports and represented NSW and Australia in rowing. He is easy to talk to, has a keen eye for talent and is very professional in his approach to candidates and clients alike.

Peter has 30+ years experience in the healthcare industry. He is an innovative sales and marketing professional. Experienced in all key channels within the pharmaceutical industry, Peter combines solid strategic and analytical abilities with strong leadership and mentoring skills. He has a Certificate in Marketing and Management from MGSM, and is presently studying Training and Assessment at TAFE. In his current role, Peter has a strong desire to achieve successful outcomes for both clients and candidates using his experience to provide extra value-added service.

Being a good judge of character, a person’s values and what motivates them is an enormous help in recruitment. It allows Philip to see a candidates attributes and concentrate on them making it easier to match to the perfect job.

Sarah Cunningham, Consultant

Sarah has a rich career history starting from selecting and training elite gymnasts (Sydney 2000 team), sales & middle management roles in Lotus/IBM and Microsoft Australia, and setting up a residential real estate business on Sydney’s Northern beaches. Sarah combines solid strategic and analytical abilities with strong leadership and mentoring skills. In addition, Sarah insists any candidates undergo sales competency testing and professional attributes analysis, combined with behavioural based interviewing. In her current role, she is a highly motivated sales recruitment consultant with a desire to achieve successful outcomes for both clients and candidates using her experience to provide that important extra value-added service.

Louise Lamrock, Consultant

Louise LamrockLouise Lamrock brings a clear understanding of Human Personality together with the pragmatic experience from two diverse fields to her role as a Recruitment Consultant. She is the founder of a successful Natural therapy clinic in Sydney’s upper north shore and is a dedicated mother of four. Louise’s history is rich with experience. From running a large building company to working with families and individuals to build better lives. Louise has completed extensive studies in the Sciences, Building, Psychology, Psychotherapy and has trained as a Transactional Analyst. She is currently undertaking a Master of Clinical Psychotherapy to add further developmental approaches to her life skills mastery.

Natasha Clyne, Consultant

Natasha has a strong hospitality and administration background. She holds a Swiss Diploma in Hotel Management through the Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School. She has worked in various roles in Hospitality including as a Concierge of a Five Star Sydney property. It was from this basis that she expanded her administration skills as a PA and Executive Secretary of a non-profit organisation that successfully ran a national political campaign, playing a vital strategic and administrative role. She successfully owned and managed a Coffee shop in the Sydney CBD for five years.
