Repforce Plus can offer the following Outplacement Service to assist your staff to find alternative employment following redundancies.

Our service includes:-

1. An initial meeting with your HR personnel for background briefing on each participant.
2. A presentation to all participants outlining the process.
3. Two, one hour meetings with our consultant for each participant to be conducted at your premises (minimum three participants) or at the Repforce Plus office at times to suit each individual.These meetings will include:-
1. Interview skills training
2. Career advice
3. Resume refinement
4. A psychometric assessment to evaluate individual behavioural tendencies and preferences within an occupational context.  A report will be supplied to the participant.
5. If applicable to the participant’s background and aspirations, a sales assessment will be conducted with results and conclusions provided to the participant.
6. Assistance in tailoring a resume for their preferred occupation and industry.
7. A workable plan to assist each participant to gain employment.
8. Registration on the Repforce Plus database which includes emailed job alerts for potential roles.
9. Support for participants by telephone and email for a period of two months from commencement of service.
10. A status report on the participant’s progress and prospects on completion of the two month support period (taking into consideration privacy issues re: individual information).

Please note that although participants will be assisted in their job search efforts, Repforce Plus does not guarantee placement into a new position.
