All our candidates interviewed in the sales area undertake a written assessment of their overall sales ability which tells us:
- How well they understand the sales process
- If they can cold call effectively
- If they can build solid relationships
- If they can close deals
- What motivates them
- How they compare to the average salesperson.
We use these sales assessments as well as a specific psychometric assessment for candidates. We believe that sales is a learnt skill. However we still use a psychomatic assessment to ascertain how each candidate would fit into your company culture and into your sales team.
