Norman Graeve Ph.C Director

Educated at Wesley College in Victoria, graduating as a Pharmaceutical Chemist, Norman owned his own retail pharmacy for 7 years. Following the sale of the pharmacy he started his own company supplying pharmacy and general retail, importing and manufacturing. Norman has been involved in both private and public companies, principally in the retail sector, where he has advised on sales training, product promotion and administration. He has established sales teams, devised training and promotional programs, and is currently acting as a senior consultant to several government and semi-government bodies.

Michele Graeve, Director & Administration Manager

Michele has over 25 years business experience and was a Director of a national importer and wholesaler selling to the retail pharmacy and department store sector. She then started her own employment agency specialising in the domestic/childcare area. Michele is in charge of the administration & accounting systems for Repforce.

Robert Goldrick, General Manager

Robert began his career as a Junior Officer in the Royal Australian Navy before pursuing a career in commercial waters. Robert managed a range of businesses including operations in Northern Australia’s prawn fisheries and scuba diving cruises in Far North Queensland. During this time he also bought a clothing manufacture/wholesale/retail business targeting the resort/casual wear market. Returning to his homeland NSW after fourteen years, Robert relocated the clothing business while also managing a 50 foot charter ketch on Sydney Harbour and training long term unemployed in customer service and personal development skills. As BDM for a successful rehabilitation provider serving employers within the NSW WorkCover and Federal Comcare workers compensation systems, Robert’s clients included federal and state entities as well as private corporations ranging from multinationals to SME’s. Following this Robert accepted the role of Corporate Partnerships Manager for a charity in which he was responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with corporate supporters in addition to managing and marketing a ground breaking injury prevention program across Australia and New Zealand. His target markets were predominantly construction, manufacturing, mining and transport.

For over twenty-five years Robert has been successful in the recruitment, training, management and mentoring of staff across multiple industries. He looks forward to ensuring that Repforce Plus partners with you to source the best people for your business now and into the future.

Joanne Goldrick, Senior Recruitment Consultant

Joanne’s career commenced in the legal profession. After completing an advanced administration course at the Sydney Institute she began working with a small legal firm. Progression to a global law firm was followed by working with Counsel, then as a judges’ associate across two jurisdictions and as a barrister’s clerk. Joanne also spent eight years as a practice manager for a mid-tiSenior Recruitment Consultanter legal firm. On the way Joanne has lived and worked overseas and was a director of a clothing and textile agency for five years. Joanne worked for three years as a Project Development Manager with a not for profit organisation managing thirty staff and a considerable budget primarily sourced from a major government department. Joanne has worked as an administration trouble shooter with a chartered accountant, in wholesale banking, and in project management.

Joanne’s strengths are people, relationships, organisation and administration. Recruitment and people have been at the forefront of her career to date which made Repforce Plus a natural progression. Her knowledge of people and systems combined with her broad experience make Joanne the ideal consultant to locate exactly what you need whether you are an employer or potential employee.

Peter Landis, Senior Recruitment Consultant

Educated at Cranbrook school, Peter then completed a Bachelor of Science degree at UNSW with a Major in Computer Science. Peter then went overseas and worked to develop PC based accounting software with Compact Software International in the UK. On returning to Australia Peter established a local branch of Compact and over 20 years offered small to medium business software and hardware solutions for many vertical markets including Manufacturing, Options Trading, Real Estate, Printers Job Costing, Payroll and many others. Peter has also established a web based retail and wholesale jewellery business and has experience in SEO and SEM.

His many years in working in and with businesses uniquely places him in a position to assess your employment needs and offer you the best candidates especially in the IT sector.
